To cancel participation, notify us at least 30 days before the course start date. If cancelled 30 or more days in advance, a €325 fee is retained. Cancellations between 29 and 16 days prior incur a €650 fee. If cancelled 15 days or less before the start date, the full payment is non-refundable, as costs have already been incurred.
A down payment of €650 is due one week after receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks before the Summer Camp starts.
No, airfare is not included. Parents are responsible for booking their child's flight directly.

The camp includes indemnity and accident insurance. However, cancellation insurance is not included. You can read more about the provided coverage here.
The camp fee covers everything! However, we recommend giving your child pocket money (€10–15 per day) for personal treats like ice cream, snacks, or souvenirs.
Travel insurance is mandatory for students without a national or European health card or private insurance. It can be purchased with the flight ticket or with a travel agency.
