Living together can bring tensions

This is especially true when teenagers spend many days together, sharing space, activities, and new experiences. These moments are normal and expected. What matters is not avoiding them, but how they are handled.

Staying close and addressing things early

Our approach is simple. We stay close, listen first, and speak directly. Group leaders are present in the moment, not distant authority figures. They know the group, understand the situation, and are able to step in early, before small issues grow into something more difficult.
