Lenguaventura is a bilingual summer camp which has been developed for avid language learners.
Our Spanish – or English language programs are divided into theoretical and practical parts. Pupils attend the language program in the morning. In the afternoon, we focus on leisure time activities (options: Kitesurfing, Multiactivities, Windsurfing) and many other fun and adventurous activities for teenagers.
Spanish summer immersion programs for teenagers During the classroom session the teachers from Lenguaventura Spanisch classes organize group outings to practice Spanish outside the classroom in daily situations, such as shopping at the market, buying tickets for an event or requesting information at the tourist office. This lengua-viva forms part of the classroom work and focuses on the oral part of the language, which is in most cases neglected. These outdoor lessons will reinforce the pupils confidence in their speaking skills.
For all pupils participating in the English classes the necessity of practising spoken English is also taken into consideration and our teachers will introduce plenty of variation into the English classes. Of course the daily contact between both groups, from the Spanish as well as the English classes, participating together in the afternoon activities of the summer camp in Spain as well as share dormitories together will also be helpful for practising Spanish and English.

Wednesdays are reserved for whole day excursions and no language classes are held on this day. Lenguaventura offers two, three or four week summer camp programs.
The Spanish courses are divided into four different language levels from A1 to B2 : absolute beginners, intermediate and advanced I and II and the English courses into three: Pre-Intermediate Intermediate and Advanced (A1 – B1).
All our language courses respect the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEF).
All language learners with previous knowledge of the language chosen should fill in our on-line multiple choice test some weeks before the Summer Camp Spain starts.
Our partner for the Spanish courses is the Escuela Hispalense, which has been teaching Spanish since 1989. In accordance with their Andalusian roots, our teachers use humor and patience to instruct their pupils in Castilian Spanish (commonly simply referred to as Spanish).
For the English classes we have found a competent, experienced and enthusiastic partner in Tarifa, who is in charge of the English program.
For the outdoor activities we are partnered with several local companies. They are specialized in diverse sporting and outdoor adventure activities around Tarifa. Language learning is a gateway to every person’s future so that our goals are to offer student-centred approaches to language learning combined with extracurricular fun activities in order to develop confidence and deepen at the same time the understanding of cultures and people of different countries and backgrounds .
